1. Where We Deliver
Little Red Brush ships internationally.
The countries and regions currently available for delivery are shown at checkout. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the shipping services available to us.
If your country or region is available to select during checkout, we currently offer delivery to that destination.
We reserve the right to add, remove or temporarily suspend delivery to particular destinations where reasonably necessary.
2. International Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and the delivery service selected.
The available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
International orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, local postal services, border procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe displayed at checkout is an estimate unless we expressly agree to deliver by a specific date.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including your delivery destination, parcel size and weight, order value and selected delivery service.
The total shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted international shipping. Any applicable minimum spend, destination restrictions or other conditions will be displayed with the relevant offer.
4. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Little Red Brush is based in the United Kingdom. International orders may therefore be subject to import VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.
The treatment of duties and taxes applicable to your order will be shown during checkout where applicable.
Where Duties and Taxes Are Collected at Checkout
Where your checkout states that applicable duties and import taxes are included or collected at checkout, you will pay those amounts as part of your order.
Where Duties and Taxes Are Not Collected at Checkout
For destinations where duties, taxes or other import charges are not collected by Little Red Brush at checkout, additional charges may be payable when your order enters the destination country.
Where permitted by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the relevant customs authority, government authority or delivery provider.
We do not control charges imposed independently by customs authorities.
We recommend reviewing the information displayed at checkout and, where necessary, your country’s import requirements before placing an international order.
Nothing in this section limits information or pricing disclosures that we are required to provide under applicable consumer law.
5. Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures.
You may be asked by the carrier or customs authority to provide information reasonably required to clear your shipment.
Customs processing times are outside our direct control and may affect the final delivery date.
We will provide the documentation reasonably required from us for the shipment.
6. Refused International Deliveries
If you refuse an international delivery or fail to complete required customs procedures, the parcel may be returned to us.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable costs incurred as a direct result of a refused or uncollected international shipment may be deducted from any refund due.
This does not apply where you refuse delivery because the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or because you are exercising a statutory right that prevents such a deduction.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. International Returns

Different statutory cancellation and return rights may apply depending on your country of residence.
Nothing in our policies limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
