Terms of service

Last updated: 17.08.2026

Welcome to Little Red Brush.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

 1. About Us

This website is operated by:

Trading name: Little Red Brush
Legal company name: Productionism
Registered/business address: 84 Kingsway, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6NS
Company registration number: 11263746
Email: sabina@littleredbrush.com

Throughout these Terms, “Little Red Brush”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above.

“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

 2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

•  Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
•  Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or customer information;
•  Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;
•  Interfere with the security or operation of our website;
•  Use automated systems to scrape, copy or extract content from our website without our permission; or
•  Use our website in any way that infringes the rights of another person.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.

 3. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

•  You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
•  The information you provide to us is accurate and complete; and
•  You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your country, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

 4. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.

Because some of our products may involve handmade or manufacturing processes, minor variations between individual products may occur. These variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product packaging may also change from time to time without materially affecting the product.

 5. Makeup Brush Care and Use

Our makeup brushes are designed for cosmetic application and should be used and cared for appropriately.

Please follow any care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.

Brushes should be cleaned appropriately and allowed to dry thoroughly.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are intended for personal cosmetic use.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your individual needs.

If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction while using a product, discontinue use.

Nothing on our website constitutes medical or dermatological advice.

 6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Placing a product in your shopping basket does not reserve that product.

We may introduce, discontinue or change products from time to time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, refund any amount you have paid for the unavailable product.

 7. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges payable by you will be displayed or communicated before you complete your purchase, where required by law.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

 8. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A binding contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, for example by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on our checkout process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

•  A product is unavailable;
•  Payment cannot be authorised;
•  We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
•  There has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
•  Delivery to the requested location is not available; or
•  We are legally prohibited from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

 9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country or for every transaction.

10. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

•  Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
•  Only one promotional code may be used per order;
•  Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;
•  Promotions may have an expiry date;
•  Certain products may be excluded; and
•  Promotions may be subject to additional terms.

We may cancel or refuse a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the terms of the promotion.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Delivery

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Where consumer law gives you rights or remedies because of delayed or failed delivery, those rights remain unaffected.

12. International Orders, Taxes and Customs

If you order products for delivery outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other taxes depending on the destination and the delivery arrangement used.

Where duties and taxes are included in the price or we offer delivery on a duties-paid basis, this will be indicated during the purchasing process.

Where charges are not included, you may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

We will provide information regarding applicable charges before purchase where required by law.

You are also responsible for ensuring that products ordered from us can lawfully be imported into your destination country.

13. Risk and Ownership

Where required by applicable consumer law, responsibility for the products passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment for them.

14. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law.

This may apply to certain makeup brushes or other hygiene-sensitive products supplied in appropriate sealed packaging.

Your rights regarding faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are not affected by hygiene-related restrictions on change-of-mind returns.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.

15. Faulty or Defective Products

We are legally responsible for supplying products that conform to the contract and meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact us at sabina@littleredbrush.com

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on our website is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Little Red Brush.

This includes, where applicable:

•  The Little Red Brush name and branding;
•  Logos;
•  Product names;
•  Product designs;
•  Photographs and videos;
•  Graphics;
•  Packaging artwork;
•  Website design;
•  Written copy and product descriptions; and
•  Other creative material.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to us or our licensors.

17. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content directly to our website, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Where you give us permission to reproduce user-generated content for marketing or other purposes, the scope of that permission will be governed by the terms communicated to you when permission is requested.

18. Social Media

Our website may contain links to our social media accounts or allow you to interact with third-party social media platforms.

Those platforms are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

Tagging Little Red Brush or using a brand hashtag does not automatically give us unrestricted ownership of your photographs or other content.

Where we wish to use customer-created content for advertising or marketing, we may request appropriate permission.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content or their practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

20. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and the rights available to you.

Please review our Privacy Policy before using our website.

21. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Further information about the cookies we use and the choices available to you can be found in our Cookie Policy and/or cookie consent settings.

22. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

•  Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
•  Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
•  Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights.

23. Business Use

Our products are primarily sold to consumers.

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, certain consumer protections may not apply.

Any limitations applicable to business customers will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as serious transport disruption, natural disasters, widespread telecommunications failures or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will comply with any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, products, website or applicable law.

The Terms that apply to your purchase will generally be those in effect when you place your order.

The date of the latest version will be shown at the top of this page.

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

27. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

28. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and contracts between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where you live.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot legally be excluded by choosing the law of England and Wales.

Any provision concerning courts or jurisdiction will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
